The Sauna Experience

Our Finnish sauna is wood-heated, reaching temperatures between 80-90°C. Large windows frame mountain views, connecting you to the landscape even as you turn inward.

The ritual is simple: warmth, rest, cool air, repeat. Between sessions, retreat to the relaxation area or step into the garden. Herbal teas, soft textiles, and natural light support your rhythm.

There is no hurry here. Sessions are yours alone—typically 2-3 hours—giving you the freedom to move slowly and listen to your body.

Grounded in Nature

The mountains have their own frequency. Silence, cold air, the weight of stone— these elements ground us in ways modern life rarely allows.

Our wellness area extends this mountain wisdom inward. The heat of the sauna, the coolness of rest, the textures of wood and stone—all mirror the rhythms of the land around us.

This is not about escape. It’s about returning—to your body, to your breath, to the quiet that exists beneath everything else.
